Casino Experts To Explain The Impact Of New Technology In The Gaming Sector
UNLV Boyd School of Law will be hosting a new age conference next month. The conference will be centred on new trends in technology and their impact in the gambling world. The conference is scheduled to take place on January 17 at the Thomas & Mack Moot Court Facility of the law school.
Participants and keynote speakers will explain the new edge technology and how it applies to gaming and other areas.
The emphasis of the program will center around regulatory topics, privacy, and so on. Some of the issues include privacy laws, the fallout of data breaches, and issues when players do not give their content for private info to be used for casino marketing efforts.
Big Names Will Be Present
Lots of prominent attorneys and professors will speak on the one day program. Other keynote participants will include reps from several gaming companies.
“This conference is different from typical gaming conferences,” Anthony Cabot a Fellow of Gaming Law at the Boyd School of Law said. “Rather than being a collection of sessions loosely centered on the casino industry or gaming regulation, it concentrates on a single but potentially seismic topic to the gaming industry — AI, biometrics, and the use of big data in the gaming industry.”
